WHAT IS THE B| STYLE SHOP?

As the online shop of the BOOK STYLE publications and of the B|STYLE digital platform, the B| Style Shop has been created to offer our readers and followers special product promotions and exclusive services.

The shop is opening with the B| Style Wine Shop section, which is featuring an exciting ‘Wines of Mallorca’ promotion conceived to facilitate the consumption of outstanding local products of guaranteed quality. To this end, we have engaged the cooperation of the prestigious food writer and publisher Miquel Àngel Adrover, who is in charge of making an exclusive selection of fine wines for BOOK STYLE followers and the readers of the various SERRA GROUP publications. 

HOW DOES THE B| STYLE WINE SHOP WORK?

At the B| Style Wine Shop, customers can confirm their purchases, manage the reception of orders, make changes or cancellations, and do other things through a single communication channel: WhatsApp on telephone number 645 852 817.

  • How can I purchase a specific Wine Pack? You should begin by giving us your contact details: name, delivery address, and subscriber number if you  have a subscription to Ultima Hora, Majorca Daily Bulletin, or Mallorca Magazine. Next, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday, we will send you a WhatsApp message to verify your  delivery details, and your data will be entered into our database.  
    Once all your details have been confirmed, you will receive an SMS so that you can make payment for the Pack, after which the respective transaction voucher will be issued. Then you will receive another WhatsApp message, informing you of the expected delivery date.
     
  • How can I change my customer details? To make any changes in your details, just send us a WhatsApp message or call directly on telephone number 645 852 817.
     
  • We make shipment and delivery by a trusted courier service. If delivery is made in Mallorca, the shipping expenses are included in the purchase price. If the purchase is to be shipped to the islands of Menorca or Ibiza, or to some other point in peninsular Spain, the customer will be charged an extra 5/9 € (except for orders over 110 €, in which case the purchase price includes shipping expenses).
     
  • So, if I want to purchase a Wine Pack from the B| Style Wine Shop, what do I need to do? It's all quite simple:
     
    1. Send us a WhatsApp message stating which Wine Pack you wish to purchase and the price of the offer.
       
    2. Send us your contact details, so we can arrange for the delivery of your purchase and charge the stated price.
  • What guarantee do I have for my order? 
     
    1. Safety and confidentiality of your data. The B| STYLE WINE SHOP  undertakes to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of its customers' data by encrypting all messages.
       
    2. Returns and/or exchanges. At the B| STYLE WINE SHOP, we want our customers to be fully satisfied by our service and to continue to place their trust in us in the future. For this reason, we strive to ensure that all ordered products reach our customers in perfect condition and with quick and efficient delivery.
       
    3. Defects or errors. If a shipment arrives damaged or is not what was ordered, the customer should contact the B| STYLE WINE SHOP  within 7 days from the reception date to arrange for the return and exchange of the products. Exchanges and/or returns will be coordinated by QUIXOT SL at no charge to the customer.

    4. Right of withdrawal. In the event in which they change their mind about the products supplied by the B| STYLE WINE SHOP, customers have 7 working days to return their orders, without penalty and without giving any reason, although they will be required to cover the direct cost of the return of the order to QUIXOT SL. To arrange for a return, customers should call the Customer Support Service on 645 852 817 or send an e-mail to editor@gastronomicaltour.com. Once we have been notified, we will inform the customer about the method to be used to return the order, which should not have been consumed and which should be found in good
