Es Rebost de Can Prats occupies a family home dating to the beginning of the 20^th century which was one of the first shops in Sant Antoni, where farmers would go to sell eggs, chickens, cheeses, rabbits, potatoes or vegetables. In 1994 it opened as a restaurant devoted to Ibizan cuisine, serving seasonal dishes: in winter, arroz de matanzas or sofrit pagès with pig’s trotters; in spring, broad beans or roast lamb; and in summer, farmhouse salad, stuffed aubergines, octopus frita or fresh fish.
