The friendship of the brothers Albert and Ferran Adrià with the founder of Cirque du Soleil, Guy Laliberté, and their shared passion for gastronomy, music and art, have resulted in this project which explores the borders between these disciplines. An experience enjoyed in different stages: first, an aperitif on the terrace with views of Dalt Vila, after which one enters the Lab, where fine gastronomy co-exists with performances, music and an unexpected night.
