Samuel G. Galdón has designed the Chef Xperience tasting menu, comprised of twelve courses and seven culinary techniques which invite one to travel around the Mediterranean, Asia and America. The starting point is the Japanese bar Robata, with an open kitchen where diners can eat as they watch the chef’s team prepare surprising dishes. A gastronomy tour paired perfectly with the wines recommended by the maître, and rounded up with a selection of petit fours.
