Located in the harbour of Colònia de Sant Jordi, near the fishing boats, Sal de Cocó is a Mediterranean space where one can live out a pleasant gastronomy experience. The head chef and owner is Marta Rosselló, who signs off on culinary preparations with a high dose of creativity, most outstandingly the dishes made with fresh fish of the day caught by the local fishing fleet.
