The wine cellar "Son Vich de Superna",  in the heart of the Tramuntana, is born with the vocation of making quality wines and respecting the natural environment as much as possible.  Vineyards with a thick natural vegetation cover, minimum tillage, reasoned agriculture, exclusive use of organic products and the practice of grazing sheep to control weeds and fertilizing the plots in a natural way.
