Talamanca, Ses Figueretes and Platja d’en Bossa are the three beaches nearest the city centre.
The most popular beach with Ibizans themselves and the one nearest to the city is Talamanca, a quiet, family place in an accessible bay, with good facilities and an outstanding cluster of restaurants. You can reach it on foot, at the far end of the Paseo Marítimo.
Another of the capital’s beaches is the one that borders the district of Ses Figueretes, which combines the charm of a beach in a tourist area with a maze of streets where multiculturalism dominates the human and commercial landscape. Platja d’en Bossa, shared with the municipality of Sant Josep, is the longest, widest and most lively beach in the city and a paradise for sun and party lovers.
