CentroCentro, Cibeles for Culture and Citizenship is a dynamic space of cultural and citizen action devoted to thought on urban life. It opened in 2011 and has an extensive programme of temporary exhibitions, conferences, concerts and cultural activities. Its Observation Deck offers a breathtaking 360º view of the city, making it one of Madrid’s best vantage points. The Centre is located in the Cibeles Palace, the headquarters of the Postal Service for over a century and now the seat of the Madrid City Council. From the heart of the Art Promenade, the city’s magnificent cultural boulevard, CentroCentro, forms an excellent destination point for visitors, who can obtain here all the information they may require to explore Madrid.
