Trasluz is the street-level restaurant and cafeteria of the hotel Meliá Palma Bay, which opens 365 days a year to the public in general. Its gastronomy proposal takes inspiration from traditional Mallorcan cuisine, renovated with avant-garde touches and international nuances, using seasonal products at all times. Its menu is packed with healthy, local foodstuffs, presented in simple, elegant combinations, as well as a variety of local wines and selected cocktails.
